Payment

(1) Payment is made at the customer's discretion by credit card, SOFORT bank transfer, PayPal, Amazon Payments Europe or prepayment. Purchase on account is only possible for telephone orders.

(2) When selecting the credit card payment method, the customer transmits his credit card details at the same time as placing the order. Immediately after placing the order, the customer's credit card company will be asked to initiate the payment transaction, which will be carried out automatically and the customer's credit card account will be debited.

(3) If the payment method SOFORT Überweisungis selected , the customer will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung after placing the order. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, the customer must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participation in SOFORT Überweisung, legitimise himself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. The customer will receive further instructions during the order process or on the SOFORT Überweisung website. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Überweisung and the customer's account will be debited.

(4) When selecting the payment methodPayPalthe customer will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal after placing the order. In order to be able to pay the purchase price via PayPal, the customer must be registered there or first register, legitimise himself with his access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the online shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. This will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.

(5) When selecting the payment methodPrepaymentthe customer will receive the bank details by means of a separate e-mail (transaction receipt) after the order has been completed. The invoice amount must be transferred to the specified account within 10 days of conclusion of the contract. We will dispatch the goods only after receipt of payment. If no payment has been received in the specified account within 2 weeks of conclusion of the contract, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract without issuing a reminder.

6) When selecting the payment methodAmazon Paythe customer will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon after placing the order. In order to be able to pay the purchase price via Amazon, the customer must be registered there or first register, legitimise himself with his access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the online shop, we request Amazon Payments Europe to initiate the payment transaction. This will be carried out automatically by Amazon Payments immediately afterwards.

(7) Payment for orders placed by email or over the phone is made in advance by bank transfer or byInvoice. When ordering by e-mail on account, the customer will receive our bank details by separate e-mail. When ordering by telephone on account, the customer will receive the bank details on the invoice enclosed with the consignment. The invoice amount must be transferred to the specified account within 10 days of conclusion of the contract.

(8) We work together with the payment service provider PAYONE.
